Tech Lead, Senior Backend Developer – Go

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Develop and create Kubernetes Operators utilizing Go & Operator SDK, structured as microservices.

• Design and build high-performance web applications.

• Emphasize architectures that ensure high availability and address disaster recovery scenarios.

• Oversee containerized environments with Kubernetes or Docker Swarm, managing deployment, scaling, and health monitoring.

• Take ownership of the complete lifecycle of backend systems, from establishing a robust RESTful architecture to implementation and ongoing maintenance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional experience in backend development, with at least 5 years specifically in Go.

• Experience in a Tech lead or Team lead role.

• Practical experience in production environments with Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with Go & Operator SDK.

• Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining operators for resource management in AWS.

• Advantageous: Proficiency in contemporary server-side languages such as Node.js, Python, or Rust.

• Advantageous: Experience with GCP or Azure.
