Tech Lead, SDD, Claude

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Serve as the technical lead for an Artificial Intelligence project at a major banking institution.

• Make architectural design decisions and define end-to-end projects.

• Lead multidisciplinary teams of architects and developers.

• Evolve complex technical solutions.

• Manage risks, estimations, and the implementation of business solutions.

• Maintain direct communication with the client.

• Propose and lead new ways of working or team organization.

• Drive software quality and continuous improvement in development processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience working with SDD (Spec-Driven Development) utilizing Claude.

• Experience in the banking sector and integrations with core banking systems.

• At least 10 years of experience as a software/solutions architect in design, estimation, risk management, and implementation of business solutions.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Lead.

• Strong leadership skills and extensive experience in agile methodologies.

• Experience in defining architectures and developing under microservices, APIs, event-driven paradigms, and resilient systems.

• Proficient in Java/Spring, Python/Flask, and NodeJs/Typescript.

• Creativity, a passion for innovation, and initiative to propose and lead new methods of working or team organization.

• Proven ability to assume management responsibilities, lead teams, and build client relationships.

• Experience in closed projects.

• Focus on software quality and continuous improvement of development processes.
