Tech Lead – Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Offer technical guidance to development teams operating within agile frameworks

• Define and evaluate architectural designs and technical solutions

• Create and assist in the progression of web applications

• Coach developers and perform technical assessments

• Construct and integrate APIs and microservices

• Advocate for DevOps and DevSecOps methodologies

• Ensure adherence to best practices in application development, security, integration, and quality

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a degree in any discipline alongside a postgraduate qualification in IT, acknowledged by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC)

• Significant experience in web systems development

• Extensive background in technical leadership positions

• Proficiency in Java and web application development

• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Angular or comparable technologies

• Strong understanding of MVC architecture

• Experience with SOAP and RESTful APIs

• Knowledge of microservices architecture and system integration

• Experience with DevOps and DevSecOps practices

• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases, including Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB

• Knowledge of object storage and unstructured data storage solutions, such as MinIO or S3-compatible alternatives

• Experience in providing technical leadership to agile teams, evaluating solutions, and mentoring developers
