Tech Lead

📋 Description

• Act as a technical leader, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership in execution.

• Engage actively in development, architectural choices, and the execution of strategic initiatives.

• Adopt a hands-on approach to create solutions and address critical challenges.

• Offer guidance and direction to teams.

• Assist in technical evaluations and pre-sales efforts.

• Provide technical leadership for key initiatives.

• Convert business needs into technical solutions.

• Set forth practical architectural guidance.

• Create solutions that prioritize quality, security, performance, and scalability.

• Recognize risks, impacts, integrations, and dependencies.

• Aid in the estimation and planning of deliveries.

• Mentor developers and perform code reviews.

• Advocate for engineering best practices.

• Work collaboratively with Product, Architecture, Security, Data, QA, and SRE teams.

• Participate in client meetings and assist in technical decision-making.

• Monitor deliveries through deployment and operational phases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in software development.

• Previous experience as a Tech Lead or an expert in a technical domain.

• Hands-on experience with the capability to directly engage with code.

• Familiarity with application architecture, integrations, and APIs.

• Background in microservices and distributed systems.

• Experience working with various contexts and technology stacks.

• Understanding of Cloud technologies and engineering best practices.

• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, testing, and software quality standards.

• Ability to evaluate risks, complexity, and technical feasibility.

• Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication skills for engaging with teams, stakeholders, and clients.

• Capability to translate technical decisions into business outcomes.

• Analytical, collaborative, pragmatic, and results-driven mindset.

• Preferred: experience within financial institutions or regulated environments.

• Preferred: familiarity with multiple Cloud providers and environments.

• Preferred: experience with intricate integrations, messaging, and asynchronous processing.

• Preferred: knowledge of DevSecOps, SRE, and observability practices.

• Preferred: experience in financial, tax, or accounting systems.

• Preferred: experience utilizing AI in software development.
