Tech Lead

📋 Description

• Act as a technical leader, demonstrating strong ownership of project execution.

• Engage actively in development, architectural decision-making, and the implementation of strategic initiatives.

• Create hands-on solutions and address critical challenges.

• Mentor and provide guidance to teams and developers.

• Assist in technical assessments and pre-sales efforts.

• Offer technical leadership for key initiatives.

• Convert business requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Establish practical architectural guidelines.

• Design solutions with an emphasis on quality, security, performance, and scalability.

• Identify risks, impacts, integrations, and dependencies.

• Aid in estimation and delivery planning.

• Conduct code reviews and advocate for best engineering practices.

• Collaborate with teams from Product, Architecture, Security, Data, QA, and SRE.

• Engage in client meetings and support technical decision-making.

• Oversee deliveries through deployment and operational phases.

• Extensive experience in software development.

• Previous role as a Tech Lead or technical authority.

• Hands-on experience with the capability to work directly on code.

• Understanding of application architecture, integrations, and APIs.

• Familiarity with microservices and distributed systems.

• Experience in various contexts and technology stacks.

• Knowledge of Cloud technologies and engineering best practices.

• Insight into DevOps, CI/CD, testing, and software quality.

• Ability to evaluate risk, complexity, and technical feasibility.

• Experience working with agile methodologies and cross-functional teams.

• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with teams, stakeholders, and clients.

• Skill in translating technical decisions into business impacts.

• Possess an analytical, collaborative, pragmatic, and results-driven mindset.

• Preferred: Experience in financial institutions or regulated sectors.

• Preferred: Familiarity with multiple Cloud providers and environments.

• Preferred: Experience with complex integrations, messaging, and asynchronous processing.

• Preferred: Knowledge of DevSecOps, SRE, and observability practices.

• Preferred: Background in financial, tax, or accounting systems.

• Preferred: Experience utilizing AI in software development.
