Tech Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Guarantee that technology deliveries are constructed on a robust, scalable architecture.

• Oversee the quality of the team’s code.

• Design and strategize architectural plans.

• Formulate infrastructure proposals.

• Choose the most suitable technologies for each project, taking into account performance, security, and the team’s expertise.

• Develop digital solutions for prominent Brazilian companies.

• Collaborate with experts from various fields, clients, and partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with architecture and infrastructure, including the analysis and selection of suitable technologies for each project.

• Familiarity with or knowledge of Git.

• Proficiency in Docker.

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Knowledge of CI/CD practices.

• Competence in unit, UI, and integration testing.

• Conduct code reviews adhering to best practices.

• Proficiency in Python and .NET.

• Understanding of architecture.

• Experience with microservices.

• Familiarity with cloud technologies.

• Knowledge of containerization.

• Experience with APIs.

• Understanding of version control.

• Experience with automated testing.

• A strong curiosity about Artificial Intelligence and a desire to explore how AI can enhance your work.

• Ability to work collaboratively with professionals from diverse disciplines.
