Tech Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide technical guidance for the team, assisting engineers with complex solutions.

• Actively participate in implementation decisions and establish coding standards.

• Perform code reviews and promote engineering best practices.

• Lead foundational projects (enablers) and address technical debt.

• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to support architectural decisions.

• Ensure that deliverables meet quality, performance, and scalability standards.

• Define and uphold technical standards, documentation, and development guidelines.

• Communicate technical issues with international teams in English.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology or a related discipline.

• Significant experience as a Tech Lead or in technical leadership positions.

• Strong skills in both backend and frontend development.

• Experience with cloud-native architecture, microservices, and APIs.

• Practical experience in conducting code reviews, maintaining coding standards, and applying engineering best practices.

• Familiarity with security technologies and standards, including OAuth2/OIDC and JWT.

• Experience in complex environments and digital platforms.

• Advanced English proficiency for effective professional communication.
