Tech Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to developers throughout the complete lifecycle of various projects

• Lead cross-functional development teams in agile settings

• Establish technical direction and uphold quality standards

• Break down complex tasks into manageable components

• Mentor team members and facilitate their professional development

• Identify and address technical and organizational obstacles

• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure effective communication across functions

• Primarily work with NestJS on the backend and Next.js on the frontend

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience with both backend and frontend technologies, ideally NestJS and Next.js

• Proven experience in integrating external APIs

• Familiarity with creating RESTful APIs using Express and/or Nest

• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB databases

• Proficient in TypeScript

• Experience with Figma

• Experience utilizing SonarQube

• Knowledge of creating tests with Mocha and/or Jest

• Demonstrated experience leading development teams in agile environments

• Capability to establish technical direction, set quality benchmarks, and break down complex tasks

• Experience in mentoring team members and promoting their professional growth

• Ability to identify and resolve technical and organizational challenges

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional communication

• Familiarity with design patterns that enhance web application scalability and maintainability (nice-to-have)

• Understanding of server management and experience with AWS or Azure (nice-to-have)

• English proficiency at B2 level (nice-to-have)
