• Act as a technical resource for development teams.

• Acquire a thorough understanding of code, components, and integrations.

• Engage in defining software architecture and designing solutions.

• Implement cloud and Cloud Native architecture principles.

• Work with applications deployed on Kubernetes, focusing on ingress, load balancing, and networking.

• Utilize CI/CD methodologies and pipeline tools, especially Azure DevOps.

• Convert business challenges and requirements into technical solutions.

• Offer technical guidance and collaborate with a range of professional profiles, teams, and departments.

• Contribute to relevant projects alongside high-performing teams while applying industry best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Tech Lead, Software Architect, or a technical resource within development teams.

• Proficient experience with .NET, the essential technology for this position.

• Experience in system development and the capability to thoroughly comprehend code, components, and integrations, even without a primarily hands-on role.

• Familiarity with software architecture and experience in designing solutions.

• Understanding of cloud concepts and Cloud Native architecture.

• Awareness of key principles related to applications operating on Kubernetes, including ingress, load balancing, and networking.

• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and pipeline tools, particularly Azure DevOps.

• Exceptional communication abilities and the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse professional profiles.

• Skills in negotiation and conflict resolution.

• Capability to translate business challenges and requirements into technical solutions.

• A collaborative approach, enabling technical influence without relying solely on formal authority.

• Experience with React or React Native.

• Background in mobile application architecture.

• Familiarity with observability tools and concepts, such as Elastic and Dynatrace.

• Knowledge of other programming languages in the ecosystem, such as Java, Node.js, or Python.

• Experience working in technology environments with multiple teams and the necessity for alignment across various departments.
