This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Design and implement comprehensive Siemens Teamcenter solutions that align with business goals and engineering/product development requirements.
• Spearhead extensive Teamcenter implementations, upgrades, migrations, and modernization projects, including transformations from RAC to Active Workspace.
• Create scalable PLM solutions that encompass BOM Management, Change Management, Workflow, Document Management, Compliance, Teamcenter Quality, and Material Management.
• Establish enterprise solution architectures, technical roadmaps, integration strategies, governance frameworks, and development standards across PLM initiatives.
• Architect and manage integrations between Teamcenter and SAP S/4HANA, NX, ERP, MES, ECAD, and MCAD systems.
• Propel AI-driven innovation, automation, and ongoing enhancement to boost engineering productivity, data quality, and business outcomes.
• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to global development teams while ensuring compliance with Agile, SDLC, and enterprise architecture best practices.
• Partner with business leaders, engineering teams, and technology stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and future-ready PLM ecosystems.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Over 12 years of total IT or Engineering experience, with a minimum of 10 years of practical experience as a Teamcenter Solution Architect.
• Proven track record of leading multiple large-scale Siemens Teamcenter implementation, transformation, or modernization projects within complex enterprise settings.
• Extensive knowledge of Teamcenter Architecture, BMIDE, Active Workspace, Workflow Management, BOM Management, Change Management, Document Management, Compliance, Teamcenter Quality, and Material Management.
• Strong practical experience in developing and customizing Teamcenter solutions utilizing ITK, SOA, RAC, Active Workspace Framework, and related Teamcenter technologies.
• Established experience in integrating Teamcenter with SAP, NX, ERP, MES, and other enterprise applications while ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• A genuine enthusiasm for AI innovation, digital engineering transformation, governance, and the adoption of emerging technologies to enhance PLM functionalities.
