Teamcenter Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Design and implement comprehensive Siemens Teamcenter solutions that align with business goals and the requirements of engineering and product development.

• Lead extensive Teamcenter implementations, upgrades, migrations, and modernization projects, including transformations from RAC to Active Workspace.

• Create scalable PLM solutions that encompass BOM Management, Change Management, Workflow, Document Management, Compliance, Teamcenter Quality, and Material Management.

• Establish enterprise solution architectures, technical roadmaps, integration strategies, governance frameworks, and development standards across PLM programs.

• Architect and manage integrations between Teamcenter and SAP S/4HANA, NX, ERP, MES, ECAD, and MCAD systems.

• Promote AI-driven innovation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives designed to boost engineering productivity, data quality, and overall business results.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to global development teams, ensuring adherence to Agile, SDLC, and enterprise architecture best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

• Over 12 years of overall IT or engineering experience, including more than 10 years of practical experience as a Teamcenter Solution Architect.

• Proven track record of leading multiple large-scale Siemens Teamcenter implementation, transformation, or modernization projects in complex enterprise settings.

• In-depth knowledge of Teamcenter Architecture, BMIDE, Active Workspace, Workflow Management, BOM Management, Change Management, Document Management, Compliance, Teamcenter Quality, and Material Management.

• Significant hands-on experience in developing and customizing Teamcenter solutions utilizing ITK, SOA, RAC, Active Workspace Framework, and associated Teamcenter technologies.

• Established experience in integrating Teamcenter with SAP, NX, ERP, MES, and other enterprise applications while maintaining scalability, performance, and security.

• A strong interest in AI innovation, digital engineering transformation, governance, and the adoption of emerging technologies to improve PLM capabilities.
