This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Create and oversee annual and quarterly portfolio roadmaps for AI literacy, AI-enabled work, leadership development, creative skills, professional skills, and workforce transformation initiatives.
• Convert customer business challenges, workforce capability requirements, market research, competitive insights, and revenue objectives into portfolio strategy, learning program investments, and content roadmaps.
• Design scalable enterprise learning programs and journeys that integrate digital learning, live training, assessments, credentials, and various learning experiences.
• Ensure that products and learning solutions are delivered to market on time while adhering to quality standards and meeting portfolio performance targets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of portfolio and content professionals.
• Set priorities, establish operational rhythms, define performance expectations, and create development plans.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, Operations, Delivery, and external partners to shape customer solutions, enhance execution, and drive revenue growth.
• Conduct research and analysis on emerging trends in workforce, leadership, professional skills, and AI adoption.
• Transform insights into new portfolio opportunities and market-centric solutions.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing teams focused on portfolio strategy, content development, curriculum strategy, learning products, enterprise learning, or similar fields.
• Experience in rapidly growing B2B learning environments is preferred.
• Proven ability to translate customer needs, workforce capability gaps, and market opportunities into scalable learning solutions, portfolio roadmaps, and content strategies.
• Experience in assessing portfolio performance, customer outcomes, market opportunities, and investment priorities.
• Background in developing or managing learning portfolios for workforce transformation, AI skilling, professional skills, leadership development, and/or business transformation requirements.
• Demonstrated expertise in converting market insights, customer demands, competitive signals, and commercial priorities into scalable content strategies, portfolio roadmaps, and investment recommendations.
• Over 5 years of people management experience, which includes managing mid-sized teams, talent development, setting OKRs, and facilitating cross-functional execution.
• Proven track record of utilizing data, portfolio performance metrics, customer insights, and revenue analysis effectively.
• Responsibility for portfolio performance, which encompasses growth priorities, investment trade-offs, market opportunities, and content outcomes.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, executive communication, and decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
• Preferred: Experience with enterprise learning providers, leadership-development organizations, workforce-transformation consultancies, professional-services firms, corporate learning institutions, or other B2B learning and talent-development companies.
• Preferred: Experience in designing, developing, or managing enterprise learning programs, workforce-development solutions, leadership-development offerings, or professional-skills programs tailored for enterprise clients.
