This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt, +1 more country.
β’ Oversee the daily activities of the Credentialing team, including the distribution of workload, management of performance, and development of staff.
β’ Ensure that provider demographic and credentialing information is correctly entered and maintained across all systems.
β’ Track team productivity, quality metrics, and turnaround time standards.
β’ Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members.
β’ Manage attrition, shrinkage, and other essential team metrics.
β’ Assist with projects related to system improvements or process automation.
β’ Ensure that credentialing activities adhere to regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, health plan policies, contractual obligations, and service-level agreements.
β’ Identify and address credentialing issues, discrepancies, and exceptions, escalating complex cases as necessary.
β’ Ensure that primary-source verification and documentation is completed and maintained in accordance with established requirements.
β’ Minimum of 2 yearsβ experience in a leadership role within the healthcare sector.
β’ Experience in Credentialing is essential.
β’ Familiarity with Claims processing or Provider data Management is a plus.
β’ Must possess Team Manager University certification.
β’ Availability to work flexible hours.
β’ Proficient in MS Office and other program-specific software.
β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Capacity to build trust and professional relationships with employees and teammates.
β’ Ability to function effectively as a team player.
β’ Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
