Team Leader – Operations, Healthcare, Collections

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Oversee, monitor, and assess associate performance in relation to established KPIs.

• Deliver personalized feedback to associates to ensure achievement of goals and adherence to Everise standards.

• Maintain a consistent presence on the production floor and throughout communication platforms.

• Engage with associates to promote a productive work environment and ensure systems are functioning correctly.

• Review and authorize daily payroll for associates.

• Develop and execute written action plans for associates who are not meeting performance expectations.

• Address and resolve customer escalations effectively.

• Facilitate communication between contact center management, clients, and associates.

• Involve in the selection and interviewing process for new associates.

• Provide on-the-job training or up-training as necessary.
