Collections Recovery Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact between Lendbuzz and its legal vendors.

• Engage with legal vendors, repossession service providers, and management in a prompt and organized manner.

• Oversee the preparation of legal files and coordinate with vendors effectively.

• Conduct regular reviews of accounts that have been referred for repossession and legal action against debtors.

• Collaborate with and support internal legal and compliance departments, particularly in escalated situations.

• Execute various administrative tasks as needed.

• Handle a daily portfolio of accounts.

• Develop reporting structures and assess key performance indicators.

• Track and evaluate essential performance metrics.

• Liaise with vendors to guarantee that accounts are managed accurately and efficiently.

• Compile files for delinquent accounts and guide cases through the litigation process to recover overdue payments or secure vehicle collateral.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in auto finance, legal recovery, loss mitigation, paralegal support, or high-volume collections.

• Direct experience working with third-party legal vendors, outside counsel, or repossession agencies is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively manage external legal partners, request updates on pending litigation, and ensure vendors meet established timeline benchmarks.

• Previous experience in skip tracing and collections, ideally within the automotive sector.

• Exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational abilities.

• High level of integrity in all interactions.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting while also being capable of independent work.
