Team Leader – Offline Store

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Drive the achievement of daily and monthly sales targets for trade-ins and used mobile phone sales.

• Provide the best customer experience through professional service and consultation.

• Educate customers about trade-in options and the condition of devices being sold.

• Supervise and guide the daily operational activities of the team in the store.

• Organize work schedules, manage employee attendance, and motivate the team to reach targets.

• Ensure team members perform their duties in accordance with company values and established sales processes.

• Maintain store cleanliness, product arrangement, and overall store appearance.

• Ensure that transaction SOPs, trade-in processes, and device inspections are followed.

• Address and resolve operational issues within the store.

• Monitor stock availability and quality, and collaborate with the Area Supervisor and central team on stock movements.

• Prepare and submit daily sales and trade-in activity reports.

• Relay customer feedback and operational challenges to the Area Supervisor.

• Participate in weekly meetings and team gatherings.

• Support national campaigns through promotions and in-store marketing activities.

• Identify local opportunities to enhance store visibility and increase foot traffic.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in retail sales or store operations.

• Experience in the electronics, gadgets, or second-hand goods industry is a plus.

• Target-oriented with strong customer service skills.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in basic digital devices and applications, such as Point of Sale (POS) systems, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel.

• Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.

• Having a personal motorcycle and a valid SIM C is an added advantage.
