Team Leader – Merchandising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jamaica.

📋 Description

• Assist in the planning, direction, and oversight of Merchandisers' operations

• Ensure the effective execution of merchandising initiatives

• Contribute to the achievement of the Company's objectives

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate Degree or Diploma in Sales or Marketing from a recognized tertiary institution

• Minimum of 5 CXC or GCE O’Levels, which must include English Language and a mathematics-related subject

• At least five (5) years of experience as a Merchandiser or two (2) years in a comparable role

• Training in Customer Service

• A valid Food Handlers Permit

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities

• Highly developed skills in analysis, problem-solving, and time management

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite

• Excellent people and leadership skills

• Willingness to travel frequently, work extended hours, and sometimes on weekends

• A valid driver’s license and the ability to operate a reliable motor vehicle

• Reside in or close to the designated territory

• Applicants with a proven history in FMCG sales will have an advantage
