Team Leader, Fitness Account

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Lead, guide, and nurture a team of agents

• Offer direction, advice, feedback, coaching, and development strategies

• Oversee and assess team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives

• Recognize skill deficiencies and execute training and development initiatives

• Ensure exceptional customer service and prompt resolution of issues

• Adapt to evolving business requirements, schedules, shifts, and holiday staffing

• Tackle and resolve complex problems using sound judgment and decision-making skills

• Analyze performance data, identify patterns, and promote enhancements

• Provide consistent reports and updates to management

• Ensure optimal utilization of call center tools and compliance with procedures

• Maintain poise under pressure while juggling competing priorities and customer expectations

• Strive to meet and surpass targets in alignment with organizational goals

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience as Team Leaders in the BPO sector

• Experience with a fitness account or familiarity with health/fitness and gym equipment is preferred

• Proficiency in using Zendesk is a significant advantage

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Strong background in performance management

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including holidays

• Exceptional coaching abilities

• Capability to perform under high-pressure situations

• Above-average written and verbal communication skills in English

• Proven track record of meeting targets and enhancing agent performance

• Customer and service-oriented

• Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail

• Robust decision-making and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with call center tools and processes
