Team Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Facilitate and deliver Positive Partnerships professional development and parent/carer face-to-face and online programs, workshops, trials, and webinars.

• Assist in planning and executing state-level program activities.

• Offer guidance, onboarding, and support to program facilitators and delivery teams.

• Establish robust partnerships with educators, families, and stakeholders.

• Contribute to projects related to contracts, pilots, and initiatives for continuous improvement.

• Collaborate effectively with state and national teams to achieve program goals and ensure delivery excellence.

• Lead or engage in various contract-related activities as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Education, Disability, Allied Health, or a related field.

• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based educational practices for autistic young individuals and effective home/school partnerships.

• Experience in applying current evidence regarding autism and education to enhance practice.

• Highly developed organizational and time management abilities.

• Proven experience in facilitating workshops, including online delivery.

• Familiarity with adult learning principles.

• Commitment to continuous improvement and teamwork.

• A valid Driver’s License and access to a personal vehicle for business use.

• Willingness to work outside standard hours when project demands arise.

• Ability to undertake regular intrastate and interstate travel.

• Experience working with autistic young individuals and their families within educational settings.

• Current Working with Children Check (for the state of residence), paid for by the employee.

• National Police Check, covered by Aspect.
