Team Lead – Talent Acquisition

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Lead and nurture a three-member recruiting team.

• Take ownership of team members' growth and performance, collaboratively setting goals.

• Oversee your own job vacancies throughout the complete recruitment cycle, from needs analysis and advising hiring departments to final hiring.

• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

• Enhance a cross-functional active sourcing strategy.

• Proactively engage with top talent and develop sustainable talent pipelines.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and specialized departments.

• Provide support throughout the entire recruitment journey.

• Create insightful reports that foster transparency and trust.

• Manage the employer branding budget effectively.

• Design and execute innovative recruiting campaigns and events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in leading a recruiting team.

• Several years of experience successfully filling non-technical roles as an in-house recruiter.

• Passion for operational recruiting and a willingness to manage your own job vacancies.

• Strong proficiency in active sourcing techniques.

• Experience in developing and effectively implementing recruiting strategies.

• Interest in social media, contemporary recruiting trends, and the marketing domain.

• Proactive, solution-focused approach with a strong sense of responsibility.

• Ability to maintain oversight and establish clear priorities during high-demand periods.

• Experience managing data-driven recruiting processes.

• Capability to prepare relevant KPIs in comprehensive reports.

• Excellent familiarity with Google Workspace and LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Experience with Personio is a plus.

• Confident and persuasive communication skills in both German and English.
