This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +6 more states.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process as needed.
• Develop and uphold effective recruitment strategies to attract, evaluate, and secure top-tier talent.
• Evaluate existing practices and implement innovative talent acquisition methods.
• Monitor and report on recruitment activities, vendor billing, talent metrics, KPIs, and hiring trends.
• Assist with employer branding initiatives, career fair organization, recruitment marketing, and talent pipeline development.
• Foster relationships with leaders, HR business partners, candidates, and vendors.
• Provide guidance to hiring leaders regarding intake protocols, market conditions, candidate experience, and structured evaluations.
• Leverage recruitment metrics and market insights to challenge assumptions, identify risks, and propose hiring strategies.
• Mentor Talent Partners and ensure the team meets performance targets, service expectations, and process standards.
• Support Talent Partners and hiring leaders through challenging recruitment processes.
• Encourage quality outcomes, improved shortlists, stakeholder alignment, candidate experience, and disciplined implementation.
• Help ensure team members comprehend and adhere to health and safety responsibilities.
• Minimum of eight years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
• Recruitment or HR certification is preferred.
• At least three years of progressive leadership experience, including performance management.
• Previous experience in both third-party agency settings and in-house corporate recruitment is preferred.
• Proven ability to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities across various business units.
• Experience in creating standardized, scalable solutions that enhance consistency, streamline operations, and promote continuous improvement.
• Experience with ATS implementation is a plus.
• Strong skills in relationship building, communication, influencing, and coaching.
• Capable of leading talent discussions with tact and assurance.
• Ability to utilize recruitment metrics, market data, and personal experience to guide leaders, prioritize tasks, and make pragmatic decisions under pressure.
