Talent Acquisition Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Partner with hiring managers and regional leaders to identify staffing requirements and formulate recruitment strategies.

• Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers while providing updates on the interview, offer, and onboarding processes.

• Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for designated positions.

• Advertise job openings and source candidates through various recruiting resources, networking, and social media platforms.

• Build connections with local colleges and universities and participate in job fairs.

• Evaluate resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and recommend candidates to hiring managers.

• Coordinate candidate selection and interview procedures, including arranging onsite interviews and shadowing opportunities.

• Assist managers in assessing candidate skills and competencies for final hiring decisions.

• Handle job offers, negotiations, and the onboarding process.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in healthcare recruitment.

• Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities.

• Adhere to organizational policies, regulations, and recruitment strategies.

• Recommend enhancements to recruitment policies and strategies.

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies.

• Validate candidate credentials, licenses, certifications, and conduct background checks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle healthcare recruitment within a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

• Required proficiency in sourcing candidates.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging professionally and effectively with all organizational levels.

• Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; experience with Workday is preferred.

• Significant experience sourcing candidates on platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and Phenom.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaborate within a team setting.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
