This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Lead sales initiatives and meet student enrollment objectives for Navitas colleges and university partners globally through both direct and agency channels.
• Oversee the daily management of leads and opportunities.
• Ensure prompt initial contact and maintain consistent follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Negotiate, finalize sales, address objections, and assist students in their enrollment process.
• Take ownership of a personal enrollment target and enhance conversion rates at every stage of the sales funnel.
• Assess students for eligibility, English proficiency, budget considerations, visa readiness, and preferred intake.
• Transform direct and agency opportunities into applications, acceptances, and confirmed enrollments.
• Advance agent opportunities by collaborating with agent counselors and keeping them updated.
• Maintain CRM accuracy by documenting every interaction in Salesforce on the same day.
• Provide pipeline reports and forecasts to the Regional Team Leader.
• Recruit genuine students with thorough and authentic applications that meet established criteria.
• Offer precise course, fee, and entry information in accordance with ESOS, CRICOS, and the National Code.
• Supply general visa information without offering immigration advice or guaranteeing outcomes.
• Safeguard student data and consent in compliance with Colombian law and GDPR.
• Proven experience in call centers or inside sales, making over 100 outbound calls daily.
• Demonstrated sales proficiency, successfully overcoming objections through negotiation and closure.
• History of meeting targets in a KPI-focused environment.
• Resilient, accountable, and self-driven in a fully remote setting.
• Native-level Spanish and strong English proficiency; Portuguese language skills are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Legal authorization to work in Colombia; full working rights in the country.
• Experience in a high-volume outbound contact center, utilizing dialer and call quality systems (preferred).
• Background in international education or student recruitment, along with familiarity with Salesforce (preferred).
• Access to reliable high-speed internet.
• A quiet and private workspace is required.
• Willingness to work hours that align with the served markets, including some evenings and weekends during peak enrollment periods.
• Availability to start immediately or with short notice.
• Fully remote position, allowing you to work from home in Colombia.
• Full-time, maximum-term 6-month maternity cover contract.
