Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for high-volume Engineering talent pipelines.

• Partner with hiring managers to define job roles and develop data-driven recruitment strategies.

• Locate and connect with passive technical candidates.

• Create diverse and high-quality candidate pools.

• Evaluate candidates to ensure they align with Engine’s collaborative and innovative culture.

• Deliver prompt communication and an outstanding candidate experience.

• Foster relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

• Utilize recruitment metrics and best practices to guide hiring managers.

• Examine competitor practices and enhance recruiting processes based on findings.

• Cultivate talent networks within the engineering recruitment domain.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in recruiting for Engineering, Data, Machine Learning, and similar roles.

• At least 2 years of experience in an in-house recruiting role.

• Demonstrated success in building diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines through innovative sourcing techniques.

• Proven ability to source and engage technical talent within a dynamic SaaS environment.

• Strong dedication to providing exceptional experiences for candidates and hiring managers alike.

• Flexibility in adapting to new tools, technologies, and methodologies.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
