Team Lead Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Manage a Professional Services team that currently consists of 10 members

• Establish clear objectives, priorities, and frameworks with an emphasis on measurable outcomes

• Proactively identify challenges in projects and within the team at an early stage

• Independently devise practical solutions

• Ensure reliable and impactful project deliverables

• Foster long-term relationships with customers

• Mentor team members and assist in their professional and personal growth

• Continue to enhance the team, department, and organization

• Create a positive, high-achieving, and motivating team atmosphere

• Collaborate closely with other departments

• Guarantee clear communication, efficient processes, and alignment around common goals

• Guide teams and stakeholders through challenging crisis scenarios

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5–8 years of relevant professional experience in leading teams and managing complex multi-stakeholder projects

• Proven experience in team leadership and development

• Experience in coordinating customers, partners, and internal teams in multi-stakeholder projects

• Proven ability to manage crises in high-pressure projects

• Quick, organized, and analytical problem-solving skills

• Capacity to rapidly understand highly intricate technical subjects

• Technical proficiency in IT infrastructures, preferably in Linux environments or Identity and Access Management (desirable)

• Familiarity with the working methods, culture, and collaboration practices prevalent in the open-source community (desirable)

• Experience in leading primarily remote teams (desirable)
