Team Lead, Performance Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Lead and provide strategic oversight for a cross-functional performance marketing team.

• Accountable for the growth and development of the Meta channel.

• Evaluate pertinent performance KPIs and implement data-driven optimization strategies.

• Innovate new testing methodologies for creatives, funnels, and campaigns.

• Collaborate closely with creative, design, video, and various marketing teams.

• Prioritize and manage project timelines effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in performance marketing, particularly focusing on Meta ads.

• Initial or extensive leadership experience is preferred.

• Background in D2C, e-commerce, or consumer-brand sectors.

• Strong grasp of relevant performance KPIs.

• Proven experience in developing and scaling successful paid social campaigns.

• Proficient in German (C1/C2) and possess good English communication skills.
