Team Lead, Finance Transactions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist the functional team and supervisor on a daily basis

• Act as an escalation point for unresolved issues from both internal and external customers

• Diagnose and resolve problems

• Collaborate with the supervisor to ensure smooth transaction operations

• Serve as the primary contact in the supervisor’s absence

• Generate and maintain routine reports and dashboards

• Conduct ad-hoc reporting as required

• Develop and uphold standard operating procedures

• Provide regular training updates to the team

• Execute audits, reconciliations, and quality assessments

• Mentor team members as necessary

• Manage relevant technology, including large or complex file transfers and system access

• Participate in special projects and specific reporting tasks

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in processing corporate finance transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, billing, or collections

• Preferably experienced in a mid-to-large corporate setting

• Familiarity with ERP systems and relevant rules and regulations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Capability to maintain a high degree of accuracy

• Must be able to handle acquisition-related tasks with discretion

• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to manage tasks autonomously

• Outstanding organizational skills

• Detail-oriented mindset

• High School Diploma or GED is required
