Finance Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the oversight and implementation of financial fund allocation regulations for various Medicaid clients.

• Deliver expert knowledge on CMS financial reporting standards.

• Supervise capitation assessment and validation efforts.

• Detect, evaluate, and rectify funding, allocation, and payment inconsistencies.

• Address and resolve client inquiries and issues concerning CEF Capitation configuration and payment methodologies.

• Revise CEF fund regulations and conduct testing.

• Analyze financial and payroll data to spot trends, mitigate errors, and enhance operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

• Review and troubleshoot CMS reporting from a financial data standpoint.

• Keep comprehensive documentation and reporting for audit and compliance objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of three years of experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare or Medicaid sector, translating technical objectives and requirements into actionable solutions for clients.

• Strong proficiency in data analysis and resolving financial discrepancies.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.

• Capability to manage multiple pay cycles concurrently in a dynamic environment.

• At least two years of experience with SQL Server, including the ability to read and write queries for data validation and analysis.
