Team Lead, Field Technical Engineer, Northern Germany – Osnabrück/Bad Oeynhausen Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the execution of the company's strategy pertaining to electrophysiology services.

• Oversee and nurture the assigned Field Clinical/Technical Engineers.

• Assist sales team members in the region with market analysis and revenue forecasting.

• Document and track procedure volumes.

• Engage in workshops, conferences, and exhibitions.

• Ensure the effective coordination of field assignments within the area.

• Act as the primary point of contact for Field Technical Engineers in the region.

• Provide both functional and disciplinary leadership to the Field Technical Engineers.

• Manage vacation schedules and other absences.

• Coordinate and oversee employee training initiatives.

• Serve as the main contact for the Training Department.

• Support career development and identify high-potential employees.

• Offer assistance during clinical procedures at client sites when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in a natural science or technical field, or equivalent clinical training.

• A professional qualification as a medical device consultant under the German Medical Devices Act (MPG) is advantageous.

• Strong experience in electrophysiology procedures.

• Initial experience in managing and coaching employees is a plus.

• Exceptional organizational and self-management abilities.

• Strong empathy and interpersonal skills.

• A high level of self-motivation.

• Willingness to travel extensively.

• Proficient in English.
