Field Service Technician – Construction Machinery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Install state-of-the-art new products (control systems, tiltrotators, and quick couplers) on customer machinery.

• Repair existing systems.

• Provide support to customers and dealers in all after-sales areas, including consulting, technical evaluations, spare parts, warranty issues, and more.

• Independently organize, plan, and document work activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of vocational training as an agricultural or construction machinery mechanic/mechatronics technician is essential (alternatively, automotive or commercial vehicle mechanic/mechatronics technician).

• Required knowledge and initial experience with electrical systems (CAN bus systems) and hydraulics.

• Must have an independent, meticulous, and organized approach to work.

• Strong willingness to travel is necessary.

• English language skills are preferred.

• Proficiency in commonly used computer applications is required.
