Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical service and support to customers

• Execute mechanical and electrical installations and startups

• Adjust PLC software within system controls

• Provide training to customers

• Diagnose and resolve machine problems and malfunctions

• Travel up to 85% both domestically and internationally

• Carry out additional related tasks as directed by management

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (BA) from a four-year college or university, or one to two years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• In-depth understanding of Programmable Logic Controls in a machinery setting

• Mechanical and electrical skills necessary for troubleshooting, designing, and resolving machine issues

• Familiarity with hydraulic systems and/or industrial baking processes

• Willingness to travel up to 85% domestically and internationally

• Capability to stand, walk, utilize hand and finger dexterity, and occasionally sit

• Ability to occasionally climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, or crawl

• Capacity to occasionally lift and/or move over 40 pounds

• Required close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth vision, along with the ability to adjust focus
