This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Lead the field delivery of the Inflation Reduction Act Program.
• Assemble and manage a proficient field service team to conduct in-home energy audits.
• Perform thorough in-home energy audits.
• Oversee a team of technicians skilled in BPI standards.
• Evaluate QA/QC findings to guarantee program integrity.
• Partner with collaborators for effective implementation of solutions.
• Work cross-functionally to improve program offerings.
• Mentor and supervise field technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Assess and QC audits performed by field technicians.
• Assist in the recruitment and training of BPI-certified Energy Auditors.
• Carry out onsite inspections and generate inspection reports.
• Enforce energy audit protocols and QA/QC standards.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must reside in a metropolitan area of Ohio.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in energy efficiency, utility programs, quality assurance, consulting, HVAC, or facility maintenance.
• Proven experience in leading teams.
• BPI Certified, or willing to obtain certification within 30 days of acceptance.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with building science, construction, energy-using systems, lighting, and audit technologies.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Maintain current auto insurance that complies with state requirements.
• Access to a personal vehicle for work-related travel; willingness to travel 25-75% (limited overnight travel).
• Strong interest in sustainability and a commitment to making a positive environmental impact.
• Proficient in people management.
• Exceptional verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• High standards of business ethics, including safeguarding proprietary and confidential information.
• Proficiency in SnuggPro, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM tools.
• Customer service-focused mindset.
• Ability to utilize in-depth knowledge of organizational processes to make independent decisions and serve as a reliable resource for senior management.
