Team Lead, Customer Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical and disciplinary guidance for a team of Solution Architects

• Cultivate and enhance the professional skills of team members

• Conduct performance evaluations, establish objectives, and implement development strategies

• Create a high-performing team culture that encourages knowledge sharing

• Strategically plan team resources, capacity, and task assignments

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality solution architectures for mid-sized and large clients

• Assist in complex presales and customer projects

• Maintain the quality of concepts, architectural designs, and target technical architectures

• Evaluate technical risks and formulate appropriate mitigation measures

• Advocate for standardization, reusability, and the adoption of best practices

• Collaborate with teams from Sales, Consulting, Professional Services, and Managed Services

• Advance existing services and solution offerings

• Identify emerging technology trends and evaluate their potential benefits for clients

• Support strategic customer initiatives and architectural decision-making

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of professional experience as a Solution Architect, Senior Consultant, or in a similar role

• Proven experience leading expert or project teams

• Comprehensive understanding of contemporary IT infrastructures, cloud, security, networking, or data center technologies

• Experience in developing complex IT solution architectures

• Strong focus on customer service and orientation

• Entrepreneurial mindset paired with a high level of personal responsibility

• Excellent communication abilities and a confident demeanor when interacting with customers and internal stakeholders

• Proficient in German and possess good command of English
