Team Lead, Cloud Infrastructure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and provide technical direction for a team of Cloud Infrastructure Engineers across AWS, GCP, and Azure.

• Establish and implement the technical roadmap and architecture strategy for multi-cloud infrastructure and operations.

• Supervise cloud governance, which includes IAM, perimeter security, account lifecycles, Infrastructure-as-Code ownership, and cloud cost optimization.

• Design, execute, and document operating principles, architectural best practices, and intricate troubleshooting solutions.

• Work in collaboration with R&D, Security, and Corporate IT to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance cloud solutions.

• Maintain a hands-on role in complex technical implementations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in managing and operating production cloud environments across AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• More than 4 years of expertise with Infrastructure as Code and contemporary DevOps tools, including Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, or GitOps.

• At least 4 years of experience in software development using scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, GoLang, or JavaScript.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in leading, mentoring, or managing engineering teams.

• Extensive knowledge of Linux administration and networking protocols within public cloud settings.

• Practical experience in deploying and managing container technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.

• Proven experience in building, securing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure designed for high availability.

• Documented experience collaborating with R&D, Security, and Corporate IT teams to integrate infrastructure solutions.

• Professional proficiency in both written and verbal English.

• Capability to work in the Eastern Timezone (US).
