Teacher Training, Community Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Inside Sales to facilitate pre-sales training for school trials.

• Partner with School Success to provide customer training and assist with onboarding and product adoption.

• Travel frequently throughout the UK and Ireland to conduct in-person training at schools, with an expectation of 10–12 school visits each month.

• Conduct online training sessions, webinars, and bootcamps for customers and prospective clients.

• Develop, organize, and distribute social media content, including videos, testimonials, and product announcements.

• Foster and expand the Edpuzzle Champion and Ambassador community within the region.

• Plan and facilitate local Lunch & Learn events.

• Assist in the conference strategy by planning presence and coordinating speakers.

• Cultivate relationships with educators, school administrators, and external collaborators.

• Monitor feedback and community insights to drive continuous improvement.

• Undertake additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of classroom teaching experience in the UK or Ireland.

• Familiarity with the UK and/or Irish education systems.

• Insight into the needs of teachers and schools.

• Proven experience in delivering training, workshops, or webinars to educators or other adult audiences.

• Strong presentation skills for both small and large groups, in-person and online.

• Capability to build relationships with teachers, school leaders, and partners.

• Experience in content creation and engaging on social media.

• Proficient in managing time, travel, and priorities independently.

• Access to high-speed internet.

• Possession of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, preferably with experience in further education colleges.

• Established educator community or social media following, along with video creation skills.

• Background in edtech or teacher training roles, ideally with experience using Edpuzzle.
