Community Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +16 more locations.

📋 Description

• Expand and enhance Jerry's organic visibility on platforms such as Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.

• Create a comprehensive community playbook for engagement, including guidelines for posting, responding, and knowing when to remain silent on various platforms.

• Cultivate Jerry’s subreddits into vibrant, trusted communities.

• Develop scalable content and engagement strategies that maintain authenticity while effectively utilizing AI when beneficial.

• Collaborate with the Growth and Content teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

• Analyze sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation metrics.

• Represent Jerry with authenticity and foster trust among current and prospective users.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in community management or organic social media.

• Preferably have experience in fintech, insurtech, or another consumer-oriented and/or regulated sector.

• Deep familiarity with Reddit, TikTok, and Quora.

• Capability to write in an authentic voice, avoiding corporate jargon.

• Knowledge of SEO principles and the citation practices of LLMs.

• Demonstrated ability to present traditionally dull or stressful categories in a relatable, human, and engaging manner.

• Must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada for full-time salaried positions.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada is required.

• Submission of a LinkedIn profile URL and a work sample is necessary.

• Completion of application questions and submission of a resume is mandatory.
