This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• In the role of delivering design management (Maîtrise d’Œuvre) projects, you will work closely with the Project Manager and assume technical leadership for the projects assigned to you.

• Your responsibilities will include ensuring that all designs adhere to contractual obligations.

• You will be tasked with maintaining the quality and compliance of technical documentation with respect to contractual stipulations.

• You will manage client relationships regarding technical and discipline-specific issues, complementing the Project Manager's focus on contractual matters.

• Your areas of involvement will encompass proposals and bid submissions, feasibility assessments, design-phase studies, preparation of execution contracts, oversight and monitoring of detailed design studies, and analysis of technical impacts stemming from requested changes.

• You will lead and coordinate a multi-disciplinary design team throughout the duration of the project.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree or an engineering degree (Bac +5) or equivalent, specializing in Nuclear Engineering or Industrial Engineering.

• At least 5 years of experience in delivering engineering/design management projects (Maîtrise d’Œuvre).

• Significant experience in designing nuclear or industrial facilities, preferably from the early design or basic design phases.

• Excellent interpersonal and client-facing abilities.

• A strong commitment to thoroughly understanding the technical scope of studies assigned by clients.

• Experience in team leadership: we are looking for someone capable of grasping issues and risks and leading an engineering office, rather than just being a single-discipline technical expert.

• A structured approach, with the ability to create organization and demonstrate reliability.
