📋 Description

• Assist e-commerce entrepreneurs with their accounting challenges through email and video consultations.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by communicating in a clear and friendly manner.

• Recognize recurring challenges and enhance solutions accordingly.

• Collaborate closely with the Onboarding Automation Team to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Highly self-driven and focused on results (SMART Goals).

• Proficiency in DATEV is a mandatory requirement.

• A keen interest in the digital transformation of the accounting sector.

• Ability to work independently with a structured and process-driven approach.

• Fluent in both German and English.
