• Offer daily assistance to e-commerce entrepreneurs through email and video calls concerning accounting-related inquiries

• Maintain high customer satisfaction by communicating clearly and amicably

• Recognize recurring issues and enhance solutions

• Collaborate closely with the Onboarding Automation team to ensure customer satisfaction
