Accounting Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +26 more states.

📋 Description

• Acquire skills to execute responsibilities as an Accountant with a focus on General Ledger Accounting and Budget under general supervision.

• Regularly engage with the VP of Accounting to review progress.

• Get involved in an internship starting in Spring 2027.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student pursuing a degree in Accounting at the University of South Florida, University of Tampa, or University of South Carolina.

• A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above is required.

• Successful completion of Intermediate Accounting I is mandatory.

• Familiarity with office equipment, particularly PCs, is essential.

• High proficiency in Excel is required.

• Must be able and willing to collaborate via Microsoft Teams and Cisco WebEx on camera.

• Ability to sit for extended durations is necessary.

• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and typing in English is required.

• Must have the ability to hear and utilize a telephone.

• Must be capable of using a computer with repetitive keystrokes.

• Must reside in one of the eligible U.S. states for remote positions.

• Must not hold F-1 or J-1 status; the employer will not sponsor work visas.

• Standard business hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday; the work schedule will not exceed 29 hours per week.
