Insurance Assurance, Accounting & Multi-Framework Reporting Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Finance Departments of leading clients in the insurance sector

• Spearhead significant transformation initiatives related to updated accounting standards, regulations, and prudential requirements

• Assist clients in enhancing and refining their closing and reporting procedures

• Offer operational support

• Evaluate internal control and risk management structures

• Aid in the development of junior team members

• Engage in transformation, compliance, organizational, and/or process enhancement projects

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac+5 equivalent) from a business school or university

• A minimum of 4 years of experience obtained in a large corporation or consulting firm

• In-depth understanding of the insurance sector, its business areas, and essential processes (risk, finance, compliance, etc.)

• Comprehensive knowledge of national, European, and international regulations and standards that significantly impact clients (IFRS 9, IFRS 17, Solvency II, ENS, etc.)

• Expertise in project management methodologies and tools (Agile methodology, planning, budget oversight, quality planning, team leadership, and facilitation)

• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and team leadership abilities

• Self-driven, dedicated, efficient, and strongly oriented towards customer service

• Proficiency in English
