• Manage relationships with accounting and tax advisory firms comprehensively.
• Enhance partner enablement strategies and nurture advocates within partner firms.
• Strengthen partner qualification and collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to boost conversion rates.
• Foster deeper connections with the largest accounting firms in the U.S.
• Independently lead partner meetings while navigating business development teams and independence constraints.
• Develop champions across various business units and geographical locations.
• Improve the partner playbook and systematize the referral lifecycle processes.
• Increase engagement with mid-market and regional accounting firms.
• Design new referral and co-selling frameworks.
• Focus on relationships, business units, and referral types that attract tax credit buyers and tax equity investors to the platform.
• Maintain partner records, attribution, and pipeline management in collaboration with RevOps.
• Monitor the health of champions and the momentum of referrals.
• Enhance repeatable partner playbooks.
• Collaborate with Market Intelligence and Marketing on intelligence briefings, customized reports, events, and client activation initiatives.
• Participate in partner briefings, conferences, and roadshows.
• Report directly to the Partnerships Principal.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
• Strong tax fluency to effectively engage with Big 4 tax partners and in-house tax executives.
• Insight into how tax considerations influence deal structures and client advisory.
• Familiarity with accounting-firm transaction processes, business development organizations, independence and compliance constraints, billing relationships, and partner referral incentives.
• Demonstrated capability to cultivate impactful relationships with enterprise-level partners.
• Proven history of driving significant commercial results, such as revenue generation, pipeline contribution, or conversion metrics.
• Approximately 6–8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing significant workstreams or relationships autonomously.
• Background in developing or refining playbooks.
• Ability to work effectively with limited support.
• Enthusiasm for utilizing AI tools in everyday tasks.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with multiple teams and limited direct authority.
• Curiosity and capacity to quickly learn about clean energy finance, transferable tax credits, and tax equity.
