Tax Accountant – E-commerce Onboarding

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist e-commerce entrepreneurs with bookkeeping challenges through email and video conferencing.

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective and friendly communication.

• Recognize recurring issues and enhance solutions accordingly.

• Collaborate closely with the Onboarding Automation Team to ensure client satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in DATEV (mandatory).

• Enthusiasm for the digital transformation of the accounting sector.

• Strong self-motivation and a results-driven approach (SMART goals).

• Ability to work independently, in a structured manner, and with a process-oriented mindset.

• Receptive to feedback, experience with digital work, and comfortable in a remote-first setting.

• Fluent in both German and English.
