E-Commerce Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the online store, ensuring that products, descriptions, images, and pricing are consistently updated.

• Develop new products, promotional sales, and marketing campaigns.

• Create and maintain shop pages, product bundles, and special promotional offers.

• Verify content, links, and overall presentation on both mobile and desktop platforms.

• Write and update blog posts, guides, and product descriptions.

• Assist in initiatives aimed at re-engaging current customers and enhancing customer loyalty.

• Monitor deadlines and collaboratively assess performance with the team.

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team and external partners.

• Practical experience in e-commerce, along with familiarity working on an e-commerce platform.

• Ability to independently organize and reliably execute tasks.

• Strong copywriting abilities paired with a keen eye for design.

• Quick adaptability to digital tools and a commitment to precision in work.

• Effective communication skills and a readiness to coordinate with team members and external partners.

• A keen interest in beauty, online retail, and customer preferences.

• Proficient in written and spoken German.

• Must be located in Germany.
