E-commerce Assistant

📋 Description

• Deliver pre- and post-sale assistance along with customer support via an online platform.

• Address inquiries from customers who reach out through social media platforms like WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook.

• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

• Proficiency in Portuguese.
