Task Order Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of technical task orders, from planning to execution.

• Manage the daily execution of several simultaneous technical task orders.

• Ensure alignment with government objectives and the direction of Leidos leadership.

• Utilize knowledge of F-16 component repairs to oversee, track, and enhance repair and return processes.

• Supervise, guide, and manage the performance of various subcontractors engaged in component repairs.

• Identify and address risks related to component repair, obsolescence, and supply chain issues.

• Create and implement logistics program activities, including Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), technical documentation, Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM), provisioning, and standardization.

• Assist in the development and implementation of Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSPs), Multi-Functional Plans (MFPs), and other lifecycle logistics documentation.

• Report directly to the Program Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing government programs (additional experience or certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree).

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Active DoD Secret clearance or the capability to obtain and maintain one.

• Ability to organize, lead, and coordinate the planning and execution of support activities.

• Experience in engaging with government personnel and assessing project feasibility, costs, and compliance.

• Understanding of logistics support analysis, lifecycle logistics documentation, and sustainment planning.

• Familiarity with the development and execution of LCSPs and MFPs.

• Preferred: Master’s degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

• Preferred: Strong skills in verbal and written communication.

• Preferred: Demonstrated experience in F-16 Repair and Return processes.

• Preferred: Background as an F-16 Crew Chief or in Pro Supervision.

• Preferred: PMP certification.
