This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with executive leaders and recruitment firms on initiatives for leadership hiring.

• Forge partnerships with educational institutions to cultivate future healthcare talent streams.

• Work alongside community organizations to enhance workforce opportunities and access to careers in healthcare.

• Assist in workforce development efforts including Nurse Residency, Critical Care RN Training, APP Fellowship, and SHIP programs.

• Implement strategies for attracting talent and facilitating relocations for essential workforce needs.

• Represent Stanford Health Care at career fairs, industry events, professional associations, and community organizations.

• Design, create, and execute recruitment programs while overseeing their strategic direction.

• Utilize HR expertise to formulate effective, scalable, and sustainable recruitment programs.

• Identify opportunities for enhancing the recruitment process and lead their implementation.

• Build relationships with local community programs, high schools, and colleges.

• Develop social media strategies and branding for Stanford Health Care.

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and candidates to enhance the recruitment experience.

• Assist with special HR projects and initiatives.

• Construct, maintain, and analyze recruitment analytics frameworks.

• Set and track program metrics and dashboards; deliver monthly reports and insights to leadership.

• Monitor KPIs such as Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, Quality of Hire, and Offer Acceptance Rates.

• Audit the recruitment funnel to identify points of attrition.

• Assess the ROI of sourcing channels to optimize the recruitment budget.

• Report directly to the Senior Manager of Talent Strategy and Programs.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university; equivalent experience and education may be considered.

• A minimum of twelve (12) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.

• Extensive knowledge of HR functions, particularly in recruitment or talent program development.

• Proven experience in designing, developing, and executing new talent acquisition recruitment programs and ensuring their effectiveness.

• Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

• Expertise in the healthcare industry, with demonstrated experience in building relationships with local schools and community workforce development organizations to create sustainable talent pipelines across the San Francisco Bay Area.
