This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Comprehend extensive CPG business objectives in RGM and TPM, encompassing pricing, trade terms, promotional ROI, and assortment.

• Convert commercial objectives into detailed platform specifications.

• Conduct market connection sessions during project initiation.

• Align software configuration with clients’ commercial strategies and KPIs.

• Serve as the internal client liaison for technical implementation teams.

• Challenge deployments to guarantee they are practical, relevant, and meet user needs.

• Provide hands-on training utilizing client market data.

• Develop client-specific business recipes for analytical applications.

• Facilitate commercial business sprints.

• Assist clients from their initial analytical run to achieving profitable revenue growth and long-term value realization.

• Connect client business teams and technical implementation leads.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in business consulting, category management, trade marketing, RGM, TPM, or commercial analytics within CPG or software advisory.

• Proven experience in overseeing daily execution of the four engagement phases: Market Connect, Data Review/UAT, Super-User Training, and Value Extraction workshops.

• Experience acting as the main operational link between client business teams and technical leads.

• Strong analytical problem solver with exceptional facilitation and training abilities.

• Comfortable managing client data, challenging technical setups, and converting software outputs into actionable commercial insights.

• In-depth understanding of CPG commercial dynamics, pricing, promotions, and category management.

• Open to remote or hybrid work options within the EU or US.
