Senior Consultant – Strategy & Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take charge of complex workstreams and sub-projects concerning digital transformation, organizational development, and innovative business models.

• Evaluate intricate issues and pinpoint the relevant factors.

• Formulate solid recommendations for action.

• Organize problems to facilitate clear decision-making and actionable solutions.

• Collaborate closely with clients.

• Carry out interviews and workshops.

• Create presentations.

• Aid in the execution of concepts and guarantee meaningful change.

• Work in partnership with experts in strategy, data, and technology across various disciplines.

• As a Senior Consultant, assume responsibility for larger workstreams or smaller projects.

• Offer subject-matter expertise to junior colleagues in their daily project activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong academic background in business, economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of three years of professional experience in management consulting, within a media company, or in a transformation, strategy, or organizational role.

• Exceptional analytical skills and business insight.

• Capability to swiftly grasp business dynamics and organize complex subjects.

• Ability to draw well-reasoned conclusions and convey them succinctly.

• A responsible, proactive, and results-driven work ethic.

• Confident and professional demeanor in workshops, meetings, and presentations.

• Proficient in data analysis, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Fluent in German at a minimum C1 level, with a professional command of the language.

• Strong communication skills in English.
