Senior Manager – Strategy & Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Lead complex consulting projects for media organizations

• Develop innovative business models

• Enhance organizational structures and execute transformation initiatives

• Oversee project scope, methodology, team management, and the quality of deliverables

• Analyze intricate challenges and formulate effective solutions

• Contribute to analysis, conceptualization, workshops, and presentations

• Ensure successful implementation of concepts within companies

• Cultivate lasting client relationships and derive new consulting methodologies

• Mentor and support less experienced colleagues

• Offer subject-matter expertise and guidance in challenging project scenarios

⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding degree in business, economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience

• Minimum of five years of professional experience in management consulting, within a media company, or in a role focused on transformation

• Proven experience in independently managing projects

• Responsible for projects or larger workstreams associated with digital transformation, data-driven decision-making, organizational development, or innovative business models

• Strong analytical skills and business insight

• Capacity to swiftly comprehend and structure complex issues and translate them into clear recommendations

• Strategic mindset paired with strong execution capabilities

• Experience in leading project teams

• Self-motivated, results-driven approach

• Proficient in German at a minimum C1 level

• Strong professional communication skills in English
